Who can use influencersAd
You must be 18 or older. Businesses must be legally able to enter contracts.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed in Canadian dollars, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Creators keep 100%
influencersAd never deducts a commission or fee from a creator's agreed rate.
Protected Pay and service fee
Bookings are paid through Protected Pay. The brand pays the creator's agreed rate plus a service fee set by the brand's plan (Starter 20%, Growth 15%, Scale 10%). The total is shown before payment. We hold the payment and release it to the creator once the content is delivered and approved, or automatically after the review period. If the content isn't delivered, the brand is refunded in full.
Founding 1000
Founding creators receive 6 months of free access in exchange for posting about influencersAd on their social channels, plus a permanent Founding badge. To claim a spot you prepay month 7 of the Creator plan (CA$9.99 plus applicable tax) through Stripe. This payment is non-refundable once your spot is confirmed, except where the law requires otherwise; if a spot cannot be given, it is refunded in full. From month 8 the Creator plan renews monthly at the then-current price unless you cancel before it starts; we email a reminder at least 7 days before. Each card can hold one founding spot. If founding status is revoked, the prepaid month remains available to you. Posts must clearly disclose the relationship (for example #ad or the platform's paid-partnership label) under applicable advertising law. We may revoke founding status if the posting commitment isn't met within the stated period.
Content
You own what you post. You grant us a licence to display it on influencersAd and in promotion of your profile. Don't post anything illegal, misleading, sexually explicit, hateful, or that you don't have rights to. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Advertising
Brands can buy self-serve ads (Sponsored Reels, Creator Board, Homepage Feature, Directory Spotlight). Every ad is labelled Sponsored and reviewed against our ad policy before it runs. You pay the full price shown before checkout; if we don't approve an ad, you get a full refund. Sponsored Reel budgets are never exceeded; unspent budget after the run is refunded. You are responsible for your ad's claims and for having rights to its content.

Match scores are recommendations based on the information available. They are not guarantees of results.
